1.Do not skip the end deliberation. Always have the interviewee leave the chat room to discuss their answers. 2. Dont cut the interviewee off, allow them to ramble. "they will give us the rope with which to hang them" 3. Go more in depth on the ideological journey 4. on Q14 add how, where, and when, they first heard the label they applied to themselves. Ask why they chose that label over any other. ex:"Where and when did you first hear the label 'white nationalist'? Why choose that over a different term?" 5.Stress that responses to interviewees must be non commital and non leading 6.ask that interviewees be very specific and detailed on their personal experiences. 7.ask for screenshots of the interviewees telegram or other social media to verify their claims 8.Move Q4 and Q6 to the front of the script 9.expand more on where they first heard/saw us. what platform, channel etc. 10. when listing their news sources ask how much they agree or disagree with the publishers views. Agreeing with two contradictory sources is a redflag. possible new questions: 1."At what point did you lie to me?" 2."Why should we accept you into our organization?" Ideas/suggestions from intermediates: 1.write out the questions in the records to provide better context for the intermediate 2.see something say something.
